The quiet cost

What it costs to run on systems that don't talk.

Most operators run on a patchwork — one system for freight, another for warehouse, a spreadsheet for billing, and chat for everything else. It works, until it doesn't.

Duplicate data entry

The same job re-keyed across several systems — slow, error-prone, and an expensive overhead.

Revenue leakage

Jobs performed but never properly captured or billed. Margin quietly slips away every month.

No live visibility

Customers ask "where's my shipment?" and no one can answer in real time.

Blind on profit

True profitability per job, project or customer is impossible when the data is scattered.

Rising debtor days

Late, error-prone invoicing pushes Debtors' Days Outstanding up and triggers disputes.

Questions & answers

Axcore, in plain terms.

What is Axcore?

Axcore is an integrated logistics software platform for freight forwarders, hauliers, distributors, third-party warehouses, fleet operators and container depots. It brings ten operational modules — from customer booking to final invoice — onto one connected system with a single shared database.

What modules does Axcore include?

Ten modules: AxConnect (customer portal), AxFreight (freight & forwarding), AxTransport (conventional transport), AxHaulage (containerised haulage), AxFleet (fleet maintenance), AxWarehouse (warehouse management), AxCourier (line-haul & last-mile delivery), AxTrack (GPS tracking, dashcam & telematics), AxDepot (container depot & yard) and AxFinance (accounting & finance).

Who is Axcore for?

Logistics operators across the value chain — freight forwarders (air, sea and land), hauliers and container transporters, distribution and trucking companies, third-party (3PL) warehouses, fleet owners, courier and last-mile operators, and container depots.

What is the difference between freight and freight forwarding?

Freight is the cargo and its physical carriage; freight forwarding is the service of arranging that carriage on a shipper's behalf — booking carriers, consolidating shipments, preparing documents and clearing customs. A carrier moves freight; a forwarder arranges for it to be moved. Axcore's AxFreight module runs the forwarder's workflow end to end.

How is Axcore priced?

Axcore uses a modular, pay-as-you-grow model. You subscribe to the modules you need today and switch on the rest as your business grows.

How long does it take to deploy Axcore?

Most deployments are measured in weeks rather than quarters, following a four-step path: discover, configure, deploy and support.

Where is Axcore based?

Axcore Technology Sdn Bhd is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, and serves logistics operators across Southeast Asia.

Does Axcore handle accounting and invoicing?

Yes. The AxFinance module covers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and cashbook, posting automatically from the operational modules so invoices are accurate and go out on time.

Is Axcore cloud-based?

Yes. Axcore is a web-based, cloud platform — available anytime, anywhere, with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. There is no on-premise server for your team to maintain.

Can Axcore integrate with my existing accounting or ERP system?

Yes. Axcore supports flexible integration — horizontal integration with other logistics systems for data automation, and vertical integration with third-party ERP and financial systems through APIs and B2B connections.

Does Axcore support multiple companies and branches under one login?

Yes. Axcore is built for multi-company, multi-branch operations under a single sign-on, with role-based access control and a full audit trail on every transaction.

What is a Transport Management System (TMS)?

A Transport Management System plans, executes and tracks the movement of goods — covering booking, load and route planning, driver trips, proof of delivery and freight billing. Axcore's AxTransport module is a TMS for conventional trucking (LTL, FTL and bulk), with GPS built in.

What is a Warehouse Management System (WMS)?

A Warehouse Management System digitises warehouse operations — receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting and dispatch — with every move confirmed by barcode or RF scan. Axcore's AxWarehouse module is a WMS built for third-party (3PL) logistics.

Is Axcore suitable for small and medium-sized logistics companies?

Yes. Axcore's modular, pay-as-you-grow model lets smaller operators start with just the modules they need and add more as they grow — without paying for a full suite up front.
